At Zar3a, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality plants and gardening products. Your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes, things don't go as planned. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

A. General Products (Pots, Tools, Irrigation, etc)

You may return most non-plant items within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

B. Live Plants & Perishables 

Due to their delicate and perishable nature, returns for live plants are handled differently:

  • Damaged/Incorrect Plants on Arrival: If your plant arrives damaged, diseased, or is not the item you ordered, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund upon verification.
  • Change of Mind for Plants: Generally, live plants cannot be returned due to a change of mind once delivered, as their successful establishment depends heavily on environmental conditions post-delivery. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Live plants due to change of mind (as mentioned above).
  • Gift cards.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event.

3. How to Initiate a Return 

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@zar3a.com or +966-590961035. You will need to provide:

  • Your order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for the return (and photos for damaged/incorrect items).

Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions on where to send your return. Please do not send your item back to us without first contacting us and receiving return authorization.


4. Return Shipping 

  • For Damaged/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged product, wrong item sent), Zar3a will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For Other Valid Returns (e.g., general products, manufacturer defect): You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or SMS notification to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing times.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@Zar3a.com

6. Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (excluding plants as per eligibility conditions). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@zar3a.com and we will guide you through the process.
